Cristiano Ronaldo Feeling Sorry For Juan Antonio Samaranch’s Family

Juan Antonio Samaranch died on April 21, 2010 after battling with illness for years and Cristiano Ronaldo expressed his concern. The former President of the International Olympic Committee died of cardio-respiratory failure and his legendary status in the world of sport has led many in Spain and across the world to mourn his death.
As Real Madrid participate in the mourning, Cristiano Ronaldo also expressed his misery. He issued a statement, saying:
“It’s a difficult time for Juan Antonio Samaranch’s family. I want to send them my support. That’s when they have to stand together. We’ve lost a very important figure in the world of sport.”
