Cristiano Ronaldo: La Liga Is For Real Madrid!

Real Madrid are currently behind Barcelona in La Liga standings but superstar Cristiano Ronaldo believes that the title will land in the Spanish capital come May 16. Barca are facing a tough time in Europe and many believe that distraction will cause them failure domestically.

In an interview with the media, Cristiano Ronaldo expressed his confidence at Real Madrid winning La Liga trophy at the end of the season. The Portuguese winger declared:

“We’re in a better position than we were last week. There are five games remaining and I’m confident that we’ll win the league title. The whole team believes it’s possible. Our priority is to win and keep our focus in every game. I will be happy if we win.”

Real Madrid will play away to Real Zaragoza on Saturday evening as La Liga resumes whereas Barcelona should have it easy at home to bottom side Xerez. Real Madrid will go top of the table if Barca get stunned and if they defeat Zaragoza.
