Imagine someone like Ronaldo, who can make up to 80 million euros a year by advertisement… I don’t think that a win bonus below 1 million euros will motivate him at all to win something.

If he wins the cup(s), it is because he wants to be victorious and help the team, not because he is going to receive some win bonuses or something.
